HOWS THE MARKET : year to date for 2024, the volume of closed single family homes within Aspen (only) is nearly the same as in 2023 year to date. So far 2024 has seen the recording breaking marquis sale of $108m, along with closings at $76m, $75m, $64m and $60m. These big numbers have emboldened some owners as “LISTERS” (vs.sellers) with unrealistic prices. For buyers, the best way to identify real sellers is to rely on your trusted real estate advisor to analyze and identify good product, and to bang on doors for off-market options (!)
