AOSTA (pictured) is my new favorite! Every item i ordered was fabulous. I had the mushroom brodo soup, pear/endive salad, and the CANNOLI for dessert! KUDOS to the team!

GOOD TO KNOW

The gondola opens to the public at 9am, but many (most?) days they are open by 8:45am.
FYI: the decision to open early is based on safety per Ski Patrol …so don’t give em grief)
I love skiing T2B (top to bottoms) on Ajax’s perfect corduroy at 8:15am. The First Trax program is a perk of the Aspen Mt Club and I often bring clients as my guests. Who wants to join?

REBUILDING LA
…together

After the horrific fires in Los Angeles, the team at Aspen INTEL is eager to help find rentals for displaced home owners. Of note is a special 4 bedrm property in Aspen on the muni golf course. It is currently sitting empty for the ski season. It is furnished and move-in ready until end of April when it will be torn down. Perhaps this could be refuge for a displaced family? Contact me for more information.

OFF MARKET: the demand for property is not waning and many sellers are opting to offer their homes quietly off market as pocket listings or ‘Whisper Listings’. One main advantage of a traditional listing on the MLS allows for a property’s distribution through international networks effectively casting the net wide to reach maximum buyers. However, some sellers prefer a more discreet approach. For example : my last 5 deals within a few months have each been off market, with one closing next week and another in 45 days. *
