AIRPORT CLOSURE — new dates:

AIRPORT CLOSURE UPDATED TIMELINE : now officially 7 months (reduced from 9 months) : from April 4, 2027 through November 19, 2027 — a little over seven months: Pitkin County airport will be closed for 9 months in order to expand the runway width and start the terminal upgrade. The goal is to eliminate the annual spring closures in the future.
