SUMMER 2021

"INTENSE"

...that's the best way to describe the latest news in Aspen.   From temperatures reaching record highs earlier in June, to the $72.5mm property sale on Red Mountain.

Town is full and everyone is very excited for 'apres Covid'.  Scroll down for restaurant updates and local news.   Reminder to please slow down, breath, relax,  Enjoy!

If you're in town then let's connect.  I'm happy to share a favorite off-the-radar hike as well.   And as always, how may I help you and/or friends with selling, buying or renting property?   For owners, the question is "at what price would you sell?"   That said, there are still values out there if you know where to look.   Happy to help, just call...

Very Best,

         Susan

***I'm Happy to be quoted in ARCHiTECTURAL DIGEST :

"Covid has made an already hot  [real estate] market like Aspen's and surrounding towns, Scorching hot, said Susan Plummer of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse"

Pulbished early 2021,  my quote is even more prescient today, 5 months later.   #ArchDIGEST article,  by @JanetO'Grady.

(PHOTO:  Susan, Olivia, Abigail & Casey Puckett... after my oldest,  Olivia, graduated from Aspen High School )    "NO CHILD LEFT INSIDE" was the motto while she attended Aspen Country Day School.   It worked!
