The Aspen Skiing Company, already known for its industry-leading sustainability efforts, has adopted two public-facing conservation measures for this winter

Almresi Aspen (NEW) I just LOVE THIS PLACE for authentic BAVARIAN alpine style cuisine. Not for those on a plant based diet. (Dancing Bear Mountainside building: 219 E. Durant) Love the decor as well.
MIX-6: (NEW) Martin Oswald, the former chef at Syzygy and Pyramid Bistro, continues his craft with heatlhy casual fast food. Snowmass Base Village, Open Daily 11:30am -9:30pm

Joonas : (NEW) a wine and tapas bar with multi-cultural Mauritian influenced cuisine, where owner Ali Joonas grew up! (behind Meat and Cheese at 302 E. Hopkins.)
